Frequently asked questions

Can I track more than one coop?

Yes. Every row carries a group, and the By Group tab gives each one its own totals and per-bird rate — including a group with no birds in lay yet, which reads zero rather than an error.

Why does it show eggs per bird rather than just totals?

Because totals track how many birds you have. A flock that gained four pullets can post record totals while every individual bird lays less.

What happens during the moult, when they stop completely?

The month reads zero and the flag says "Stopped", with "Started" when they resume. The change column shows a dash rather than -100%, because a month with no eggs and a month with no log are not the same thing.
